Purchased items may be returned for an exchange or refund subject to them being returned unused, in its original condition accompanied by the sales receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt. 

Please note we are unable to accept any bespoke, customised items or gift cards for refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. If the item is faulty, please contact us immediately at trish@trishacdesign.com allowing us to rectify any issues. Being a small business, 101% customer satisfaction is what we strive for.
