About the event
A Women’s Circle, an evening lovingly created with breathwork, movement, mantra, sound healing, and presence. A sacred space to come home to your body and your voice, to be heard, to be held, and to embody the truth that lives within you. An evening to release what no longer serves, reconnect with your essence, and allow transformation to unfold under the turning November moon.
With only 20 spaces, this intimate circle is intentionally small to ensure each woman feels deeply supported and held with presence by all three facilitators.
Bring your yoga mat, journal, water, and an open heart.
