Cancellation Policy

The consultation fee will be put towards any crystals you purchase from us. Please note that should the crystals cost less than the amount paid for the consultation, you will not be entitled to a refund of the difference. You will also not be entitled to a refund should you choose not to purchase any crystals as we have spent time in preparing and giving a consultation. If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please ensure you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be entitled to a refund.
