Through crafting affirmations like “I am strong” or “I am confident,” children will discover how words shape their self-image and energy. These affirmations will be added to their spell jars as guiding forces for personal growth.

Victoria will introduce children to the amplifying energy of Clear Quartz crystal pipes, fostering mindfulness and an understanding of how thoughts can influence their emotional and physical well-being.

What to Expect:

Connect: We will take some time to ground and then connect to within, without and to each other

Release: We will feel into what needs expressed and allow the drums to be our voices. 

Recharge: We will tune into the vibrations of the drums and invite their medicine to flow to where it is most needed.
